A central element of our strategy is therefore downgauging of packaging. By reducing the material thickness in our packaging without compromising quality and durability, we minimize both material consumption and the overall environmental impact.
We apply this philosophy both in the design phase for our clients in moulding tools and Machining, and in our own approach to packaging production.

We view mono-material packaging as the key to a more sustainable future for packaging. By focusing on solutions consisting of a single type of material, we make it simpler for consumers to sort correctly and ensure that products can be recycled efficiently.

Powered by Renewable Energy
Since 2020, we have taken responsibility for our energy consumption by powering our production with green energy, supplied, among other sources, by wind turbines located in Denmark.
In line with our approach to reducing material consumption, we also constantly strive to minimize our electricity consumption.
We reduce our electricity consumption by continuously monitoring and upgrading our production equipment, among other measures.
Plastic recycling
Our commitment doesn't end here. At Kellpo, we are continuously working to recycle as much plastic as possible, repurposing it for a greater benefit.
Our objective is to enhance our environmental sustainability by identifying innovative methods for plastic reuse, without compromising product quality.
