What personal data do we collect, for what purposes and the legal basis for processing

In general

Personal data is information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, information about you is automatically collected. We do this to optimize the user experience on our website.

To the extent that you give your explicit consent and enter the data yourself, we also process it:

Personal data is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis. The retention period depends on the nature of the data and the basis for storage, therefore it is not possible to give a general time frame for when data is deleted.

However, we follow the applicable data protection regulation and data protection law at all times.

Your rights

You are entitled at any time to request information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be, and information about why the information originates.

You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.

You may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data. In certain cases, you have the right to have all or certain personal data erased by us. For example, if you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis to continue processing. Requests for access, rectification or deletion are given to Ole Petersen (CEO) who handles the request and makes the necessary extractions and finds the information to be disclosed.

Kellpo's right to change this privacy policy

Kellpo reserves the right to change and update this privacy policy based on changes in legislation. If we correct this privacy policy, we will correct the date when it was last updated.
