At Kellpo, we consolidate the entire process under one roof. We collaborate closely with our clients, from the initial conceptualization to the final tool being tested and ready for production.

The process encompasses design and 3D modeling, material selection and optimization, as well as the manufacturing and assembly of the tool.

Additionally, we offer 3D printing of components for early validation, allowing function and design to be clarified before production. 

As part of quality assurance, we internally commission and test the tooling (FAT), ensuring the solution is thoroughly tested and ready for stable operation from day one.
