At Kellpo, we bring design, material selection, testing and optimization under one roof. Our molding department makes it possible to quickly produce test models in production-ready plastic - and we follow your tool all the way from 3D modeling to FAT.
Quick testing of the final product
We offer 3D printing of the desired part so that both function and design can be validated early in the process. This ensures that the solution matches the customer's requirements before tool manufacturing begins.
As part of our quality assurance, we offer to deploy and test the tools internally, typically in collaboration with the customer.

Our multi-injection molds allow you to produce multiple packaging variants from a single master mold.
For example, if you want to change from one packaging type to another, you don't need to replace the entire tool - only the insert packs are adapted, making it a flexible and economically attractive solution.
This way, you get a tool that utilizes the machine to the maximum - and can adapt to changing needs over time.
