We process both classic metals(aluminum, stainless, plastic) and advanced superalloys such as Inconel®, titanium and PEEK - and are a preferred supplier when development, assembly or certified industries place extraordinary demands.

Programming & machining technology

With advanced CAM, 5-axis simultaneous milling and HSC turning, we machine complex geometries with high accuracy. Smart fixture design and adaptive cutting control reduce cycle time, tool consumption and unit cost.

Control & Validation

All parts are measured in a climate-controlled Leader CMM environment. Surface roughness, geometry and tolerance misalignment are logged in a measurement report, making it easy for your QA and audit teams to approve the delivery.
