Maintenance with a focus on operations

Service Agreements and Preventive Maintenance

For many customers, taking a more structured approach to maintenance adds value.

We offer service agreements under which we continuously monitor the condition of the equipment and plan maintenance and optimization based on usage. This way, maintenance becomes an integral part of operations rather than a reaction to problems.

A service agreement may include, among other things:
• ongoing inspection and assessment
• scheduled maintenance
• adjustment and optimization of critical components
• advice on service life and replacement

Renovation and recommissioning

At Kellpo, we offer upgrades and modifications to existing tools so they can once again perform at the desired level. This can be an effective alternative to investing in a brand-new tool.

Testing and Commissioning

As part of our setup, we offer in-house testing and commissioning of tools. This allows us to validate functionality and performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure a smooth transition to production.

Testing the tool before it is put into use reduces the risk of problems during subsequent operation.

Optimization of existing tools

Small adjustments can have a big impact on production. We work on optimizing cycle time, cooling, flow, and tolerances, among other things.
